Dana Breslin is a certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She formerly managed the Senior Citizen Unit at Delaware County Legal Assistance.
Ms. Breslin is also on the board of Senior Community Services, Inc. and is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. She has served as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Elder Law Committee and was the first Chair of the Elder Law Section; she still serves on the council of the Elder Law Section. She is the current co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Delaware County Bar Association, and has served as the Chair of the Orphans’ Court Rules Committee and the Orphans’ Court Education Committee of that organization.
Ms. Breslin is at the forefront in developing continuing legal education courses for attorneys in the estate and trust areas. She is a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Delaware County Estate Planning Council, and is a course planner for the Pennsylvania Elder Law Institute. She is also a faculty member at the Estate Law Institute and in 2006 was a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Ms. Breslin graduated from Immaculata College and Villanova Law School.
