FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Pennsylvania Health Law Project will evaluate candidates for sponsorship for post-graduate fellowships on a rolling basis. Candidates interested in applying for an Independence Foundation Fellowship, Skadden Fellowship, Equal Justice Works Fellowship, Philadelphia Bar Foundation Fellowship, or other post-graduate public interest law fellowship to work in the health law field may apply.

To apply, please send a resume and cover letter indicating your interest in health law and any ideas you have for project proposals to Laval Miller-Wilson at LMillerWilson [at] phlp [dot] org. (Ideas for project proposals are welcome but not required.)

SUMMER INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Pennsylvania Health Law Project welcomes summer internship applications from first- and second-year law students interested in public interest health law. Summer law students will have the opportunity to interview and counsel individual clients, do legal research and writing, and participate in state-wide policy advocacy.

PHLP particularly welcomes applications from summer law students interested in later seeking a post-graduate fellowship.

For the summer of 2012, PHLP intends to accept two or three interns for its Philadelphia office and one intern for its Pittsburgh office. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Interested students should send a cover letter and resume to Kyle Fisher at KFisher [at] phlp [dot] org. Internship positions for the summer of 2012 are now filled.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
