Allison Dowling is a staff attorney in the Pennsylvania Health Law Project’s Pittsburgh office. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and is a graduate of the Health Law Certificate Program. During law school, Allison interned with PHLP, learning valuable skills necessary to represent clients. Allison used those skills to excel in Pitt’s Health Law Clinic where she represented low income clients on a variety of health related issues. Allison also served as the treasurer of Pitt’s Legal Income Sharing Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to providing both financial and academic support to those pursuing a career in public interest law. She was a recipient of the School of Law Community Service Award while at Pitt.
