Kyle Fisher joined PHLP in 2008 as a Skadden Fellow. His fellowship involved representing low-income veterans unable to access care or services within the Veterans Health Administration. Prior to joining PHLP, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Joseph J. Farnan, Jr., United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Kyle graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served on the board of the Organization of Public Interest Students and as Articles Selection Editor for theMichigan Journal of Race and Law. Prior to law school, he worked as a paralegal in the public benefits unit at Community Legal Services, Inc. Kyle received his undergraduate degree in sociology from Haverford College, and a M.A. in political theory from the University of Exeter.
