Rebecca Wright is the Communications Fellow at the Pennsylvania Health Law Project. Rebecca joined PHLP in 2011 as part of the Philly Fellows (AmeriCorps VISTA) program.  She is a recent graduate of Swarthmore College, where she majored in Linguistics and Deaf Studies.
