Callie Perrone is an Outreach and Community Navigator based in PHLP’s Philadelphia office.
Callie is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Master’s in Social Work and Social Policy, and deepened her commitment to social justice and poverty alleviation. Before joining PHLP, Callie has worked in areas of hunger, homelessness, and healthcare, and has a background in program coordination, community engagement, and policy advocacy. She graduated with a B.A. in political science and peace studies from Haverford College.
Callie is passionate about promoting social welfare through affordable healthcare, and promoting health equity by addressing social determinants of health. In light of COVID-19, Callie is dedicated to ensuring that low-income and marginalized Pennsylvanians have equitable access to testing and treatment.
